Hi, friends!

With lots of house reno projects underway, my favorites this week are all home-related! (By the way, I can’t wait to share our living/dining update! The hubs just took out a wall, is building an arched doorway, and our new flooring should be in today! Hooray!!)

I’m gonna keep this short because most of these items don’t need much of an overview. The exception is this espresso machine!

I’ve been needing to replace our old Ninja coffee maker for a long time (y’all, the coffee was starting to taste like battery acid. I waited too long!) I’ve been eyeing the fancy Breville espresso machine for at least a year, but I just couldn’t justify the expense, especially given all of the house projects we’re budgeting in these days. I did some research and discovered the DeLonghi brand. Guys, to say this was a great investment would be the understatement of the year! I paid about $200 for this machine and have enjoyed a hot mocha with oat milk Every. Single. Morning. Since.

Some things I love about it:

Aesthetic. Let’s be real. I wanted something that would look nice on the countertop. The all stainless design is a winner!

Coffee quality. 10 out of 10. Five stars. Rich, delicious espresso every time.

Size. We have a small kitchen, so I needed something that wouldn’t take up too much real estate on the countertop. This is just the right size.

Price. The Breville machine is $800 and this one is $200. We’re not the Rockefellers, so a $600 price difference isn’t something to sneeze at. I feel like we have gotten a ton of value for what we paid with this machine!
