Entryway Peg Rail

Hi, friends!

I wanted to share a little mini project Hamilton helped me with in the entryway recently!

Our plan for this hallway is to put up 4’ vertical tongue and groove boards when we replace the baseboard and trim. However, in the meantime the space was feeling awfully empty and I really wanted some storage hooks to hang coats, bags, etc. SO, I bought a couple of peg rails from Target and hung them at about the height the tongue and groove will be, added some vintage art prints on top and voila!

This was a really simple and quick project that had a lot of impact on the space. It was a good reminder for me that making a home isn’t just about giant renovations and expensive projects; adding a piece of art or a little something here and there can make all the difference!
